Nice personel. Good food and a great starting point for walks.

Not to be recommended, breakfast was an impertinence. The rolls would have been an insult even to ducks. The rooms are from the 80s, but so far clean, big enough and with a balcony. House's own internet didn't work and LTE is desperately looking for. Konos card only on request. The area is fantastic, however, if you don't need or expect comfort, you can stop here. We will not come back.

The room was not so cozy, the elevator to the room was not good. Breakfast for bus travelers was not good, not vlexsiebel eggs not in the offer, neither cooked nor scrambled eggs

A loveless greeting on arrival, no information. With the key we received, we couldn't get into the hotel at 11.30 p.m. My husband had to get a waitress who would give the right key.

My dear - the flair, the ambience, the menu, the rooms, the restaurant, the service - everything in the style of the 70s and 80s. Nostalgia doesn't mean that you don't change and stay in the same place for 30 years.

The rooms are all getting very old, for one night is enough. The entire staff was very friendly.

Large hotel, somewhat corny, is due for a makeover, and new things can't hurt either

Good hotel with a very good restaurant. The food tastes delicious and is tastefully prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive. In the beautiful beer garden under old plane trees is a cozy place. The price level is upscale but adequate.

Nice dinner, prices are OK and the schwarzwälder Kirschtorte was very good 😉👍🍰

Hotel baeren in Oberharmersbach beautiful. Good rooms but food average. However no service with a smile as the staff seemed very unhappy and reluctant to help. Only our tour guide excellent.

Splendid, cozy and down to earth (guest house and)hotel caused by the overwhelming german friendlyness. Fine neutral bathroom and room, small balcony with ample space for two and with a spectacular view. We had breakfast and supper included and to the price it was excellent. I read that someone complained about the included dinner but that is unjustifiable. People who demands more should stay much more classy and expensive places. It was perfect food and you even have got a choice between two possibilities every day, except the days with buffet and/or grill night. Nice people -especially the kind, lovely, embracing hostess. Oberharmersbach town is very looong from one end to the other and equally pretty all the way and well equipped with restaurants, cafés and a joyful minigolf course.

Super essen prima service .

We went here for dinner on our trip to Oberhammersbach. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. The waitress was extremely rude while we were asking her questions about food in English. So overall the ambiance was terrible.

Hotel clean, food good, staff nice, room was okish, if you have room 46 level 3 no veiw, only wall. But expect the smell of cigarette smoke, from people smoking in bar and reception , smell over most of the hotel.

Great place to stay and not expensive, the only issue is that the personnel does not speak English.

We only visited the restaurant but had a wonderful experience! It was much harder to talk to the staff as no one spoke English but it didn't matter because the menu was translated! All the food was delicious & we highly recommend the restaurant after the 5k hike that brings you top of the mountain for wonderful panoramic views!

I stayed here as part of a school music tour and loved it! The food was really tasty, the rooms were clean, and best of all, I slept like a log every single night because the beds were so comfy! The only slight problem was that the phone on my room didn't work...really insignificant compared to the rest of the hotel.
